These Terms of Use govern your use of the Jazzedge Shop at shop.jazzedge.com and any products or digital content purchased through it. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Digital Download Agreement

All products sold through the Jazzedge Shop are digital products only. No physical items will be shipped.

• You have 12 months from the date of purchase to download your files. After 12 months, download access may expire.
• It is your responsibility to download and securely store your materials. We are not responsible for lost or deleted files after the download period.
• If you experience technical difficulties downloading your files, contact us promptly at [email protected].

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and download access has been granted.

If you believe there is a defect or error with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

3. License & Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only. This license does not transfer ownership of the content.

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or reproduce the materials with others
• Resell or sublicense any content in any format
• Upload materials to any platform, website, or file-sharing service
• Use the content for commercial teaching, publication, or broadcast without written permission

Violations of this license may result in termination of access and legal action.

4. Account Responsibility

When you complete a purchase, an account is created for you on the Jazzedge Shop. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login with others.

5. Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely. Jazzedge does not store your full payment card details.

In the event of a chargeback filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to revoke download access and account privileges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content sold through the Jazzedge Shop — including audio files, sheet music, videos, PDFs, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Jazzedge ®. All rights reserved.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jazzedge ® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of purchased products or inability to access downloads. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the shop following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
